Job Summary

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Loan Officer based in Knoxville TN with flexibility for remote work. The Loan Officer will be responsible for originating and processing loan applications guiding clients through the loan process and providing exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include evaluating financial documents coordinating with underwriters and ensuring compliance with regulatory and company requirements. The role also involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients real estate agents and other stakeholders.

Qualifications

Proven experience in Loan Origination and as a Loan Officer
Comprehensive knowledge of Finance and Underwriting processes
Strong Customer Service skills with an ability to provide outstanding client experiences
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Analytical mindset and attention to detail
Proficiency with loan origination software and technology
Relevant licensing and certifications required (NMLS license)
