Job Summary

This is a very high profile/special project
Project details: Ecommerce website design for B2B customers (like dicks sporting goods bulk orders etc). Changing current site to put a new focus with athletes in mind a high bar of design - want to get B2B customers excited about Nike
Designing high level craft experiences looking for someone to build out the vision and find the north star make it Nike and elevated - the best B2B site that ever existed
Portfolio - How they use white space high level of craft a nice UI and UX flow complex problem solving taking complex topics and giving simple expressions typography
Must Haves:
- Open to various experience levels (beginner to expert) - they want someone with fresh ideas and an interesting style. The main focus will be on the quality of the Portfolio
- Figma expert Principle expert creating high fidelity prototypes

Pitching lots of ideas open to feedback very collaborative

Nice to Haves:
- Interested conceptualizing vision work and prototyping 3D and AR Prototyping in After Effects
- Has worked at in an agency environment - can pivot quickly and move fast

Youll be part of the Partners Discover & Buy Experience team focused on eComm Web Design and Strategy. Were responsible for the capabilities that power the worlds most-loved consumer experiences - scaling product creation enterprise capabilities and dynamic brand-right journeys for every athlete* everywhere.

Who youll work with

Youll work closely and collaboratively with a cross-functional team of product managers program managers engineers researchers and fellow designers to discover and understand business feature and user requirements that translate into thoughtful design executions for the partners site experience.

Who we are looking for

Youre the go-to designer on the team - taking ownership for every detail of the final design. You confidently apply your knowledge and digital design craft to everything you create prototype and deliver. You seek out opportunities to round out your skills and always present the thinking behind your work. You bring a wide-range of concepts to the table and are constantly pushing your teams view of whats possible.

4 years of relevant experience with end-to-end digital product design with proven experience in visual and UX
A bachelors degree or any combination of education training and experience in design UX/UI design human-computer interaction or a related field
Experience with the particulars of designing for digital experiences
Strong understanding of product thinking interaction design and execution
Ability to deliver high-quality end-to-end design solutions that uphold the quality standards
Hands-on creative and systems thinker with strong UX/UI/IA design expertise
Demonstrated user-centric design approach and insights-based design process
Strong collaborator with product managers engineers writers researchers and marketers
Solid design process and strong attention to detail
Experience working with consumer research and data
Proficient with design and prototyping tools such as Figma Principle and Keynote
UI motion design experience with tools like After Effects
Familiarity with 3D AR is a plus

What you will work on

Designing incredibly polished work that represents the brand and product experience through visual comps wireframes flows and prototypes
Owning multiple product features for medium to large projects
Rapidly iterating and refining design concepts from brief through final delivery
Working closely and collaboratively with a cross-functional team of producers product managers project managers engineers researchers and fellow designers
Inspiring new ways of thinking and exploring the unknown using fresh and unique approaches to design problems
Ability to effectively communicate design intentions and establish the gravity around ideas
Ability to produce a holistic look and feel between all pieces of a large project
Experience launching software at scale in a fast-paced product organization
A fascination with innovation and technology and a solid understanding of digital tools and trends
