Role Overview:

The Sales Professional will be responsible for driving new business through direct customer engagement property inspections and strategic lead generation. This role requires a proactive personable and highly organized individual who can build strong customer relationships and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close. Collaboration with internal teams and a strong understanding of construction or exterior restoration services will be key to success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct exterior property inspections to evaluate potential projects and qualify sales opportunities.
  • Generate and pursue leads through multiple channels including door-to-door canvassing tradeshows cold calling and community events.
  • Educate prospective customers on company products and services to drive sales conversions.
  • Manage the sales pipeline with discipline and accuracy using CRM software.
  • Work closely with the production team to define project requirements deliverables and timelines.
  • Partner with clients to clarify project scope expectations and objectives.
  • Review insurance loss documentation to ensure correctness and alignment with project needs.
  • Provide regular updates to senior leadership regarding sales performance goals and pipeline status.

  • Experience in construction and/or sales is preferred.
  • Physical stamina including the ability to be on your feet for extended periods travel between job sites and lift/carry materials.
  • Ability to safely climb and navigate standard-slope rooftops.
  • Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Ownership of a ladder.
  • Drone certification.
  • Experience with AccuLynx Roofle or similar construction/sales software.
