Job Type: Full-Time Permanent (Direct hire)

Role Overview:
The Sales Professional will be responsible for driving new business through direct customer engagement property inspections and strategic lead generation. This role requires a proactive personable and highly organized individual who can build strong customer relationships and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to close. Collaboration with internal teams and a strong understanding of construction or exterior restoration services will be key to success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct exterior property inspections to evaluate potential projects and qualify sales opportunities.
- Generate and pursue leads through multiple channels including door-to-door canvassing tradeshows cold calling and community events.
- Educate prospective customers on company products and services to drive sales conversions.
- Manage the sales pipeline with discipline and accuracy using CRM software.
- Work closely with the production team to define project requirements deliverables and timelines.
- Partner with clients to clarify project scope expectations and objectives.
- Review insurance loss documentation to ensure correctness and alignment with project needs.
- Provide regular updates to senior leadership regarding sales performance goals and pipeline status.

- Willingness and ability to learn new products services and operational processes.
- Experience in construction and/or sales is preferred.
- Physical stamina including the ability to be on your feet for extended periods travel between job sites and lift/carry materials.
- Ability to safely climb and navigate standard-slope rooftops.
- Valid drivers license and reliable transportation.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Ownership of a ladder.
- Drone certification.
- Experience with AccuLynx Roofle or similar construction/sales software.
