Job responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Co-ordinate preparation and issuing of new documentation.
- Receive and review requests for amendments.
- Withdraw and destroy all obsolete controlled documentation.
- Maintain a historical record copy of all controlled documentation issue.
- Attendance and contribution at standards committee meetings.
- Prepare documents for Standards committee meeting
- Communicate latest changes in controlled documentation procedures standards and code of practice.
- Lift and shift documents conversion from Anglo to Valterra template.
- Publish documents on Share point and maintain metadata.
- Compile weekly overdue report and update month end report and presentation
This role is at a C5 level and reports to the Compliance Officer.
Qualifications :
- Grade 12 or Equivalent
- Relevant technical qualification or Diploma (Risk management/Doc control
Experience
- 5-years experience
- Extensive Engineering standards and legislative knowledge
- SHE experience or governance experience will be advantageous
- Advanced computer literacy (Ms Office)
