Our client is looking for a Client & Migration Associate to join their fast-growing dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a revolutionary web-based platform that helps companies manage every aspect of their share incentive plans.
Duties & Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Learn and master the technical aspects of the share plan product.
Onboard new clients and migrate client data onto the platform.
Implement and advise on technical share plan processes.
Set up award issue and exercise processes including liaising with brokers to ensure smooth trading.
Support clients with IFRS 2 and incentive-related queries.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Identify client needs and collaborate internally to enhance the platform.
Create and deliver client training on system usage.
Provide continuous feedback and improvement ideas to management.
Qualifications & Knowledge:
A financial background with a relevant Bachelors degree (CA or equivalent preferred).
Strong academic performance and technical finance capability.
Advanced Excel skills (essential).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to lead client meetings confidently.
A self-starter who works well independently and in a team.
Strong time management and ability to work under pressure.
Beneficial (but not required)
Experience in basic coding.
CFA Level 1 2 or 3.
Mathematics degree or strong mathematical background.
