About the Role:
As a Senior Solutions Architect youll work at the forefront of financial services innovation designing and implementing innovative propositions leveraging leading-edge platforms architectural design patterns and Fintech solutions. Youll collaborate with Strategy Engineering AI & Data and Delivery teams to turn ambitious ideas into real-world solutions.

What Youll Do:

Lead complex enterprise architecture and solution engineering initiatives for top financial services clients
Drive cloud strategy core banking modernisation customer experience transformation and enterprise integration
Shape and deliver large-scale technology and data transformation programs
Influence clients and lead high-performing technical teams to deliver exceptional outcomes
Serve as a trusted advisor translating business strategy into innovative scalable solutions

Requirements

What You Bring:

710 years experience in planning architecting and implementing complex financial services modernisation initiatives
35 years experience in client-facing advisory delivery or business development roles
Proven experience as a Lead Solution Architect at enterprise level
Deep expertise in cloud data AI serverless architecture and security-by-design principles
Exceptional leadership communication and stakeholder engagement skills
