Job Summary

Develop and manage financial models for business plans forecasting and valuations.

Perform in-depth financial analysis to support business decision-making and transaction strategies.

Identify evaluate execute and support strategic initiatives including business developments financial transactions M&A joint ventures debt financing and other capital market activities.

Prepare internal memos investment decks and board-level presentations to support strategic decisions.

Assist in organizing and executing capital raising transactions and managing relationships with financial institutions.

Conduct financial due diligence and manage external advisors (investment banks legal accounting etc.) in assessing various transactions.

Monitor industry trends competitor performance and macroeconomic factors relevant to investment decisions.

Requirements

Relevant education and experience

Bachelors or Masters degree in Banking Finance Economics Accounting or Business Administration.

Minimum of 05 - 08 years in corporate finance financial analysis or investment banking with a focus on financial modelling and strategic transactions.

Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel PowerPoint and financial databases (e.g. Capital IQ PitchBook Bloomberg).

Display good attention to details strong business acumen and relish working in a fast-paced highly professional environment.

Experience in executing equity or debt financing capital market transactions and strategic deals is highly desirable.

Good command of English is a must. Excellent verbal and written communications skills (Preference: overseas university graduates.).

CFA ACCA (or equivalents) and MBA is a plus.
