Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced professional to lead multiple consulting projects focused on Primary Market Research /Primary Intelligence in the Pharmaceutical and/or Life Sciences industry. This role ensures high-quality on-time and on-budget delivery of insights that drive strategic decisions for our clients. You will also contribute to business development and help strengthen client relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end market research projects including study design data collection analysis and reporting.
- Lead project teams (internal and external) to deliver actionable insights for clients in Pharma and Life Sciences.
- Review client requirements develop proposals and ensure profitability with minimal senior management input.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients ensuring clear communication and high satisfaction.
- Develop project plans with timelines and deliverables; drive projects to successful completion.
- Provide strategic recommendations based on research findings and market intelligence.
- Identify new business opportunities through follow-on work and proactive client engagement.
- Mentor and coach team members to build expertise in market research and consulting methodologies.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelors degree required; Masters preferred.
- Experience: 812 years in consulting with a strong focus on Primary Market Research / Primary Intelligence in Pharma or Life Sciences.
- Proven ability to manage complex research projects and deliver insights that influence business decisions.
- Strong knowledge of research methodologies data analysis techniques and industry trends.
- Excellent communication presentation and client relationship skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Established network within the Pharma/Life Sciences industry is a plus.
