As the People Solutions HR Specialist you will be a member of a central HR team that provides HR support for 16000 employees across the US and addition to general support you will also provide specialized support for Workday and Time and Attendance issues.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Maintain and employee records and tracking of required documentation via our HRIS Tool Workday
- Execute core HR processes and employee documentation including new hires terminations promotions and changes to employment status
- Provide support of Workday reporting audits and security access
- Perform data quality review on employee data in Workday manage the list of errors discover data gaps and partner with HR to correct data when applicable
- Transactional processing of Purchase Orders invoicing for 3rd party vendors employee one-time payments and reimbursements.
- Maintain and protect confidential data with utmost scrutiny judgment and care
- Support special projects requiring a high level of detail and accuracy
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Psychology Business Administration or related.
- Fluent in English both written and verbal
- 2 years of experience in HR Operations
- Demonstrated experience transacting in Workday
- Strong oral and written communication skills teamplayer.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook Word Excel)
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience using AI in an organizational environment
- Strong analytical research problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Attention to detail and data quality
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
- Strong system and data flow knowledge. Ability to learn and adapt to new processes
