What Youll Do
- Respond quickly to help desk inquiries delivering remote and on-site support that keeps operations running smoothly.
- Diagnose troubleshoot and resolve hardware software and network issues with confidence and precision.
- Install repair and maintain PCs and related systemsyour work directly supports our employees success.
- Document all tickets in the Help Desk system for clear communication and accountability.
- Provide exceptional customer service adapting to new tools and techniques to enhance user experience.
- Configure equipment operating systems and software following SOPs to ensure seamless onboarding.
- Communicate technical information clearly to end-users and collaborate with teammates.
What Were Looking For
- Education: High school diploma required; Bachelors degree preferred.
- Experience: 13 years in help desk or IT support roles.
- Certifications: CompTIA A or Network preferred.
- Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Windows Active Directory networking and Office Suite (Word Excel Outlook).
- Connectivity Expertise: Familiarity with Ethernet WiFi TCP/IP and VPN.
- Domain Environment: Experience supporting desktops in a domain environment.
- Flexibility: Willingness to work occasional evenings/weekends during peak periods (audits emergencies fiscal year-end).
- Physical Ability: Ability to lift/carry up to 50 lbs.
- Legal Requirements: Authorized to work in the U.S.; able to pass background screening Motor Vehicle Record check and drug test.
