Technical Skills

Advanced proficiency with Microsoft OS Microsoft Office Suite MS Teams and ServiceNow
Expertise with remote access tools (Citrix VPN) and mobile OS (iOS iPadOS)
Strong networking knowledge LAN/WAN cabling communication devices intranet/extranet
Advanced proficiency with Document Management Systems (e.g. iManage/Work 10)
Proficiency in data security tools and standards
Strong project management abilities

Experience Requirements

3 years providing direct customer support (software hardware networking)
3 years of LAN/WAN/network systems support
3 years installing configuring maintaining PC OS and devices
Education
Associate or Bachelors degree preferred (but not mandatory with equivalent experience)
