As Team Lead Policy and Truth Telling youll play a pivotal role in delivering projects that embed truth-telling and cultural intelligence across our organisation ensuring our work respects Country deepens employees and wider community knowledge and understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander history and supports Water Corporations truth telling and reconciliation journey.

About you
To be successful in this role we are looking for someone experienced in Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander culture histories and impacts of past and present policies. You need to be able to demonstrate your skills in engaging with a range of stakeholders and guiding them through change this includes demonstratable influencing and negotiation skills. Youll bring solid end-to-end project management experience in large complex organisations and have the passion and drive to champion Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander advancement.
