The opportunity

The Project Engineer delivers projects across capital water infrastructure including valves hydrants water pump stations network renewals water main replacements and more across the Moreton Bay and Sunshine Coast addition to managing the Delivery phase of the programs renewals projects you will be collaborating with design scheduling cost and commissioning and maintenance teams to ensure smooth transitions and project success.

This is a full-time permanent opportunity and can work out of Mango Hill or Maroochydore office.

What youll do

Attend planning visits and concept reviews to advise on constructability and delivery across time cost safety and quality outcomes
Support Scheduling Cost Controls Community Engagement Procurement Estimating Quality Assurance and Safety teams in developing delivery plans
Provide technical advice and expertise throughout project delivery phase promptly addressing any issues and problem-solve to maintain time cost quality and safety targets
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders clients subcontractors and colleagues

What were looking for

Project delivery experience within the water & or Wastewater industry (preferred)
Experience in driving quality outcomes in project delivery
Degree qualification in civil or mechanical engineering
Good communication skills
Good organisational and time management skills
Ability to build strong relationships with people
Sound computer skills
