The Opportunity

The Climbing Wall Manager is responsible for the daily operations staffing and programming of the indoor climbing wall facility. This role ensures a quality inclusive and engaging environment for all participants while promoting climbing as a recreational and educational activity.

Qualifications

Required Education and Qualifications:

High school (or GED) level ability in grammar spelling basic composition and math
Current certifications in CPR/AED and First Aid
Climbing Wall Instructor certification (e.g. AMGA CWA) or equivalent with documented skills checks and periodic refreshers strongly preferred
