Job Summary

This role will provide guidance and direction to a team of Project System IAs responsible for systemic coding needed to migrate groups to digital claims portal. They will also research and analyze benefit and client structure requirements for fitness and readiness in preparation for migration to digital portal.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Act as business unit liaison with other business units through Project Working Group

  • Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset. If the successful candidate is in Québec proficiency in both languages will be required to support clients from various provinces outside of Quebec.

  • Support project by ensuring appropriate business requirements are followed and understood

  • Analyze data to provide team with necessary work required to complete project

  • Coordinate recommended process changes in order to meet project requirements while ensuring proper documentation and recording

  • Assume the role of technical expert responsible for developing and guiding project team members

  • Identify and recommend staff training needs in response to process changes

  • Create and update reporting used for project processing

  • Effectively communicate project progression

  • Share information on project with other team members to ensure interdependencies amongst work are identified and addressed

Required Qualifications:

  • Solid understanding of Group Benefits

  • Knowledge of ManuConnect CPM GPM NAV and GB Config are considered assets

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Project management experience

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in Group Benefits

  • Solid knowledge of ManuConnect and its various feeds for coding purposes as well as a good understanding of CPM GPM NAV and GB Config

  • Prior leadership role is an asset

  • Effective communication skills; both written and verbal

Salary range is expected to be between

$58275.00 CAD - $97125.00 CAD
