At Chandos we hire construction Project Managers and Directors who set the standard - technically strong financially disciplined and exceptional at leading people and projects. While we dont have an open PM role today we maintain a small selective pipeline of individuals who genuinely align with our work our values and our approach to collaborative construction.

Key Responsibilities

• Own full-lifecycle delivery of mid-to-large commercial projects (roughly $30 M in scope)
• Oversee cradle-to-grave project delivery including: Design review and constructability input Estimating budgeting (Class D Class B Tender) and cost control Tendering procurement and contract administration Construction sequencing site logistics and methodology development Close-out hand-off and client transition
• Manage both open CM (CCDC 5A/5B) and converted CM (CCDC 2) delivery models: Shift projects from open to fixed-sum contracts through risk identification and tender recap Mitigate risks and capitalize on opportunities throughout construction
• Craft compelling proposals and methodologies that win work and clearly articulate whats in it for the client
• Implement estimating input subtrade buy-outs contracts change-order controls and robust forecasts
• Mentor project managers coordinators superintendents and support staffdevelop tomorrows leaders today
• Foster client consultant and subcontractor relationships that drive repeat business and strong referrals
• Embed continuous improvement: streamline processes reinforce safety best practices capture lessons learned

Qualifications :

• 8 years as a construction Senior Project Manager or Project Director delivering commercial institutional school or large TI projects
• Full accountability for projects from preconstruction through closeout including groundup delivery.
• 8 years with a general contractor on mid to largescale commercial projects (not developerside or selfperforming models).
• Proven ability to lead and mentor Junior PMs and Project Coordinator teams.
• Demonstrated success independently managing fullscope projects (not segmented PM roles).
• Track record delivering $5M$150M projects within reputable GC environments.
• Strong expertise in construction management delivery models and contract structures.
• Advanced skills in budgeting (Class D to Tender) cost control and tendering.
• Strong capability in risk management opportunity identification and tender recap preparation.
• High proficiency in forecasting financial reporting and project performance analysis.
• Skilled in MS Project site logistics planning scheduling and construction sequencing.
• Valid drivers license and ability to balance office and site work.

• Project Manager I/II/III $102000-$137000
• Senior Project Manager I/II $137000-$173000
• Project Director 1 I/II/III $147000-$193000
• Project Director 2 I/II/III $195000 and upwards depending on experience
