As a Customer Service Manageryoulloversee the day-to-day operations of our contact centre leading a team of up to30 Customer Service Advisorsto deliver outstanding and implement policies and procedures ensure staffing and training needs are met and drive continuous improvement to keep our customer experience world-class.
This is a hands-on leadership role whereyoullbalance strategic planning with real-time performance management coaching and play a key role in embedding new processes supporting change initiatives and building a culture of excellence.
WhatYoullDo
Lead and manage a team of up to 30 Customer Service Advisors
Act as the escalation point for complex customer queries and complaints
Plan staffing and training to meet operational and event requirements
Review policies performance and reporting to ensure service excellence
Drive change management and embed new processes across the team
Oversee recruitment onboarding and ongoing development for team members
Champion reward and recognition programs and foster engagement

Demonstrated experience in a contact centre environment
Strong people leadership and team management skills
Ability to build relationships and lead change effectively
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Experience with performance conversations and staff development
Understanding of compliance and auditing requirements
A relevant bachelors degree (preferred)
