- Act as the main point of contact for customer inquiries and account management.
- Assist customers with product selections and provide product information.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and efficiently ensuring a positive experience.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to expedite solutions and services for customers.
- Monitor account activities and follow up on outstanding issues or requests.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in customer service or account management roles.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize competing demands.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with CRM software and customer support tools.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with clients.
