Key Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality diagnostic repair and maintenance work on a wide range of vehicles
- Conduct advanced troubleshooting on engines electrical systems drivability concerns and mechanical components
- Complete repairs efficiently and accurately according to dealership and manufacturer standards
- Communicate effectively with service advisors and leadership regarding repair status and recommendations
- Maintain a safe clean and organized work area
- Participate in ongoing training to stay current with OEM standards emerging technologies and industry best practices
- Provide exceptional customer service and represent the dealerships values and reputation
RequirementsQualifications
- 3 years of professional automotive repair experience (A or strong B level)
- ASE Certifications highly preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Proven ability to diagnose and repair complex mechanical and electrical issues
- Strong attention to detail safety and quality
- Valid drivers license with acceptable driving record
- Positive attitude and desire to contribute to a team-oriented culture
