Job Summary

DatabaseCoordinator

Job Summary:

The Director ofECRS Databasewill oversee the pricing of products and supplies for Natures Wonders as well as distribute andmonitorbuyer budgets.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Ensure margins are met daily thru audit of invoices/ pricing sheets

Enter invoices into ECRS; review and convert wholesale pricing to MSRP.

Daily communicate with vendors on pricing and invoicing.

Communicate with Accounts Receivable on Accounting.

Keep invoices organized

Prepare other reports and paperwork as needed for consultantsleadership

Auditbuyersinvoices for pricing discrepancies & supplier changes; protect margin

Any other duties as assigned.

Running monthly INFRA sales

Printing Price Increase Tags

Sendsaletags to print shop monthly

Required Skills and Abilities:

Excellent organizational skills and attention to details.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Previous data entry experience.

PreviousECRS experience.

Excellent self-motivation and initiative while unsupervised.

Physical Requirements

Must be able tolift upto 25 pounds at one time.

The ability to move freely around your workspace.

Sitting standing squatting kneeling bending crawling and climbing may be necessary physical requirements for this position.
