Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and organized Appointment Coordinator to join our team. This role is essential in managing patient appointments ensuring smooth operations remotely and providing exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong management skills a keen eye for detail and the ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff.

Duties

Schedule and confirm patient appointments using electronic health record systems

Review documentation to ensure accuracy and completeness

Maintain organized records of patient interactions and appointment schedules.

Assist with clerical tasks including filing data entry and managing correspondence.

Communicate effectively with patients regarding their appointments including reminders and follow-ups.

Support information management by ensuring compliance with privacy regulations.

Requirements

Experience in office management or a similar administrative role.

Strong understanding of medical terminology to communicate effectively.

Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.

Strong interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with patients and team members.

Attention to detail in documentation review and appointment scheduling processes.
