Job Description:
As a Learning & Development Trainer at you will lead and facilitate training programs across the M62 Corridor/Yorkshire/Lancashire ensuring successful new store openings and continuous development. Youll support operational excellence conduct store success visits and collaborate with stakeholders to maintain high performance standards and brand alignment.

What you will do:
Lead and facilitate comprehensive New Store Opening (NSO) training programs ensuring successful launches and brand standard adherence.
Conduct regular store success visits to evaluate training effectiveness and identify further learning opportunities across existing restaurants.
Facilitate the smooth implementation of new product and process rollouts ensuring consistent operational standards.
The ideal candidate:
Possess demonstrable skills in facilitating exciting engaging and effective training experiences for diverse audiences.
Bring a proven track record of training support and delivery during new store openings and product rollouts.
Be comfortable running various training formats including classroom-style digital workshops and 1:1 coaching.
