The Director of Operations serves as theIntegratorto the OwnersVisionary ensuring strategy turns into seamless execution across all departments. This leader will oversee daily operations manage key systems and processes leverage technology to streamline workflows and reporting lead the marketing team to execute brand and growth initiatives support agent performance and drive accountability within the organization.
In addition to operational leadership this role owns the coordination and execution of marketing strategy across the brokerage. Responsibilities include partnering with leadership to translate growth goals into marketing plans overseeing digital and traditional campaigns ensuring consistent branding and messaging and using data and KPIs to track marketing performance and ROI. This leader will guide the marketing teams priorities workflows and timelines so that listing promotion social media email events and referral campaigns are aligned with sales and recruiting objectives.
