The Role: E-Commerce Marketing Assistant

Imagine being the person who keeps the entire customer journey flowing seamlessly.

A customer places an order youre the one ensuring it moves through Shopify without issues. An email flow needs an update youre refreshing the design tightening the copy or launching an A/B test. An automation breaks youre troubleshooting the Zap and getting everything back on track.

Youre not just clicking buttons or updating data youre creating momentum. Behind every fix every flow every order checked theres a real customer waiting for a smooth reliable experience. You help make that happen. Youll manage systems support customers maintain partner portals and elevate performance across the board. And when things are quieter Youll help update assets in Figma strengthen automations or refine tracking. Every day your work moves the business forward.


What Your Days Might Look Like:


  • Manage internal operations across multiple systems

  • Handle Shopify order management including refunds reships cancellations basic product edits QA of checkout process and monitoring integrations.

  • Maintain Klaviyo email and SMS flows by updating images simple design modules replacing copy creating segments within established criteria performance monitoring and reporting and creating AB tests of existing flows.

  • Provide customer support through daily inbox management checking order statuses scripted responses and escalating issues when necessary.

  • Manage partner portal support tickets and partner-related issues.

  • Assist with Zapier automations and basic Figma asset updates including text updates and image replacements using existing templates.


Who We Think Will Thrive in This Role:


  • You have experience in Shopify order management product edits and system integrations

  • Youre comfortable maintaining Klaviyo email/SMS flowsdesign tweaks copy swaps segments and performance monitoring

  • Youve built or managed automations in Zapier and enjoy optimizing workflows

  • You have a background in DTC or e-commerce with a mix of technical and marketing skills

  • Youre extremely organized and able to manage multiple tasks across systems

  • Youre a clear communicator who knows how to follow established processes while spotting improvements

  • You stay calm under pressure and take initiative when something breaks or needs attention

  • You enjoy collaborating with a remote team and supporting both customers and internal partners

  • You are willing to work in a US time zone schedule.

  • You can secure the required technical setup including:

    • At least a 720p HD webcam

    • A noise-canceling headset

    • A primary internet connection of at least 25 Mbps

    • A backup laptop backup internet device and backup power source

    • A main computer with at least Intel Core i5 (or equivalent) and 8 GB RAM

    • A backup computer with at least Intel Core i3 and 4 GB RAM
