Requirements
What You Bring 7 years senior commercial leadership experience in media advertising tech or FMCG. Deep knowledge of and networks within the Nigerian market. Bonus: international exposure and credibility with the global brands and markets A rare balance of big-picture strategy and hands-on execution. Charismatic externally facing and trusted by senior stakeholders. Comfortable working in fast-paced hybrid environments where creativity meets commercial hustle. Strong understanding of revenue planning measurement and planning mechanisms
