This leadership position oversees the direction and operational management of the Strategy & Evidence Generation division within the relevant therapeutic area while consistently demonstrating core company values.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive the development of strategy and data-generation initiatives for the assigned brand.
Create manage and implement the medical plan for the brand including budget and resource allocation in close partnership with the MSL Director and aligned with overall brand strategies.
Lead mentor and grow team members to enhance individual capabilities and build a high-performing organization.
Work alongside the MSL Director to design and deliver strategic confidence-building activities.
Support the Therapeutic Area Head in elevating the medical organization ensuring the execution of high-quality industry-leading medical initiatives and strengthening collaboration with cross-functional partners such as brand teams and R&D teams.
Requirements
Strong background in overseeing external sponsored studies as well as company-led non-interventional research.
More than 5 years of experience in the oncology field.
Professional experience within Medical Affairs or R&D in the pharmaceutical industry.
Proven track record in project management within a pharma environment.
Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholder relationships and external partnerships.
Previous experience in leading and managing people.
