What you will do:
Generate leads through outbound calls emails networking and digital platforms.
Identify potential clients understand their requirements and present suitable product/service solutions.
Conduct product demonstrations and coordinate with technical teams where required.
Manage and nurture the sales pipeline follow up consistently and convert leads into closures.
Prepare quotations proposals pricing and maintain accurate records in CRM.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Coordinate with internal teams (Support Finance & Operations) to ensure smooth onboarding.
Provide regular reports forecasts and market insights to the management team.
Requirements
Candidate should have 0-1year experience from customer service or sales industry.
Graduate from any stream (Bcom BBA BMS-Marketing)
Experience in selling Email Solutions such as Google Workspace / Microsoft 365 / Zoho Mail etc.
Candidates with experience from industry competitors in cloud hosting domain or email solutions would be highly preferred.
Strong communication negotiation and customer-handling skills.
