Job Description:
Lead the development and launch of innovative credit products within a fast-growing fintech platform. This high-impact role drives end-to-end discovery defines product strategy and leads the build from MVP to scale. You will also assemble and guide a dedicated squad shaping the future of credit offerings in a key new business area.

What you will do:

Drive end-to-end discovery defining and validating new credit product opportunities.
Lead the build and launch of new credit initiatives from MVP to full-scale deployment.
Assemble mentor and guide a dedicated product squad focused on installment loan development.

The ideal candidate:

Proven experience as a Product Manager ideally with a focus on credit or lending products.
Demonstrated ability to lead product strategy from ideation through to market launch.
Strong leadership skills with experience in building and guiding cross-functional teams.
