Property Law Senior Associate

The Role: Key Responsibilities
Manage your own caseload of freehold and leasehold acquisitions/disposals
Run complex commercial property transactions from inception to completion
Advise on landlord and tenant matters including new/renewal leases and 1954 Act applications
Draft and review infrastructure and property-related construction documentation
Deliver efficient business-focused legal solutions to clients
Collaborate with colleagues on substantial high-value transactions
Support department growth through exceptional client service
What Were Looking For
Essential:
Qualified Solicitor with a current practising certificate
Minimum 5 years PQE in commercial property law (UK practice)
Proven experience in freehold/leasehold transactions and landlord/tenant matters
Strong technical skills in infrastructure and construction documentation
Excellent client relationship management and commercial awareness
Ability to handle complex transactions independently and as part of a team
