As the property and conveyancing team continues to grow there is an increase in compliance and admin needs to support them.
An exciting role has been opened for a go-ahead well-organised compliance administrator to join the team and manage the increased compliance requirements.
This role requires an organised administrator from a legal firm who is experienced in Compliance requirements for a law firm and understands about Anti money Laundering documents and proof of wealth and funds.
Requirements
- Open new client files and close completed property files
- Ensure all new clients are onboarding quickly and efficiently
- Checking for Nationality proof and ID documents.
- Requiring proof of funds and banking information.
- Make wealth checks and ensure pay slips and savings are correct as stated.
- Reviewing Anti Money Laundering questionnaires and requirements
- Make sure clients are compliant in all areas of the sale or purchase of a property.
- General day-to-day office administration
- Assisting the property team on all legal requirements for their files
- Running a neat and efficient desk for the department to function
