Job Summary
Autism Center of Excellence is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) for a consistent in-home client case in Creedmoor NC (27522). In this role you will work 1:1 with a child with autism using evidence-based Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to support communication social skills and daily routines.
This position is ideal for an RBT who is seeking stable afternoon hours with a single dedicated client and strong clinical support from a BCBA-led team.
Key Responsibilities
Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in the clients home
Follow individualized treatment plans created by the BCBA
Collect session data accurately using electronic systems
Support development of communication social and daily living skills
Implement behavior-reduction strategies as directed by the BCBA
Maintain professionalism and consistency with the family and clinical team
Requirements
Active RBT certification required at time of hire
In-home or pediatric ABA experience preferred
Must have reliable afternoon availability
Reliable transportation and valid drivers license
Strong professionalism communication and follow-through
Ability to actively engage in sessions
Must pass background check and credentialing
