Our client is undergoing a major digital transformation and is seeking a motivated individual to develop their printing and document management systems. By joining a dynamic and inclusive team you will participate in a large-scale project with a direct impact on the efficiency of public services.
You will work in a stimulating environment surrounded by experienced colleagues and will have access to the latest technologies to develop your expertise.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
- Participate in the implementation of systems in stores and ensure deadlines are met.
- Conduct rigorous follow-up with stores (quality control).
- Provide software expertise for solution integration.
- Collaborate with various internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication.
- Provide analysts with relevant information to facilitate problem resolution.
- Train store users and internal teams on the deployed systems.
- Ensure the clarity and compliance of documentation; test processes with different user profiles.
- Provide level 2 support to the help desk.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
- Bilingualism (French and English) required.
- Valid drivers license and vehicle for occasional travel to branches.
- Experience with ticketing systems and tools such as ServiceNow.
- Good knowledge of IT technologies and environments.
- Strong organizational skills attention to detail and a focus on user experience.
- Interest in continuous learning and process improvement.
- 2 to 5 years of experience as an IT support technician/help desk technician.
