Product Development Associate

4DMedical is a global medical technology company aiming to change the outcomes for patients with lung disease by revolutionizing respiratory imaging and ventilation analysis. We utilise cutting-edge algorithms from mechanical engineering image processing and mathematics to build proprietary Software as a Service (SaaS) based products that deliver new insights into lung function and patient health.

The Product Development Associate plays a key supporting role in implementing product strategies and ensuring successful execution of product initiatives. Working closely with cross-functional teams including engineering go-to-market clinical affairs and regulatory the associate helps coordinate and implement activities maintain strong relationships and ensure timely delivery of product goals.
Responsibilities and Duties (include but are not limited to)
- Assist and drive forward the execution of product plans and activities
- Communicate the product strategy to all stakeholders
- Product project management gantt charts and execution of tasks and deliverables
- Foster collaborative relationships and open communication across business units
- Collect data and knowledge from across the teams for informed product decisions
- Forward thinking planning problem identification and continuous risk assessment
- Documentation and technical writing
Knowledge Skills Experience
- 2 years professional experience in a technical role preferably within the medical device pharmaceutical or biotech industries but not essential.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills showcasing a proven ability to prioritise negotiate and collaborate effectively with key stakeholders
- Strong technical acumen to facilitate a comprehensive understanding of product functionality
- While previous experience with medical devices is advantageous it is not mandatory. We welcome candidates from diverse backgrounds and industries who possess the right skills and attitude.
Qualifications
- A degree in engineering computer science or similarly related field.
