We are looking for an ambitious Sales Representative Emergency Care to join our growing Medical division in the Netherlands. In this role youll promote and sell our Emergency Care portfolio across the North West region of the Netherlands covering key cities such as Amsterdam Almere Alkmaar and Haarlem.
Strykers Medical division provides innovative technology to help simplify healthcare delivery with safety and efficiency. Our Emergency Care product portfolio includes Patient Transport (Power-LOAD and Power-Pro II) Chest Compression System (LUCAS) and Defibrillator (LIFEPAK) designed to address critical issues affecting caregivers and patients.

Emergency Patient Transport: Compression System Defibrillators & AEDs: you will do
Manage sales and growth for Strykers Emergency portfolio in the North West region of the Netherlands covering key cities such as Amsterdam Almere Alkmaar and Haarlem.
Build and maintain strong relationships across both pre-hospital organizations (ambulance services) and hospitals.
Acquire new customers and manage existing accounts to ensure loyalty and satisfaction.
Develop and execute business plans implement sales strategies and negotiate with pre-hospital and hospital stakeholders including administration purchasing and C-suite.
Provide product training including demonstrations workshops and evaluations.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver excellent customer experience.
Monitor tenders prepare quotes and ensure timely delivery of products.
Represent Stryker at trade fairs congresses and business meetings to strengthen market presence and to expand your network.
What you need
Required:
Diploma or degree in healthcare business administration engineering or in any other relevant areas (e.g. nurse paramedic service technician etc.)
3 years of commercial experience ideally in medical devices with direct selling experience (capital equipment preferred).
Excellent interpersonal communications and persuasion skills with proficiency in Dutch and English.
Strong relationship builders with great networking skills and a collaborative mindset; strong commercial and financial acumen.
Passionate about medical technology driven to achieve goals and deliver excellent customer service.
Ability to work independently and manage a territory effectively.
Empathy and commitment to understanding customer needs and contributing to better healthcare.
A Valid drivers license and willingness to travel within the territory (across the Netherlands) as .
Preferred:
Knowledge of the medical device environment and related regulations.
Experience in consultative selling and business planning.
Familiarity with tendering processes and financing options for customers.
