Jetting Engineer

About the role:

• Location: Chertsey
• Hours: Monday to Friday 47.5 hours per week
• Rate of pay: 19 per hour dependent on experience

Youll be operating van-mounted jetting equipment for a wide range of drain-related issues. Based out of a local depot your projects will cover a wide range of drainage related issues from emergency call-outs and blockages to cleaning pipes during regular maintenance programmes.

You will visit various types of clients and sites from commercial residential and industrial to specialist sectors like rail road utility and so on.

Experience and qualifications required for the role:

• Youll need a UK driving licence with no more than 3 penalty points and
• You will hold an up to date CSCS card (desirable)

Youll already be familiar with high pressure jetting equipment but you may not have drainage experience. Thats OK were happy to train you to the appropriate standard. A high pressure water jetting certificate would be good but its not essential.

Youll be polite and respectful when dealing with customers and the public and observe all health and safety procedures. And youll love working outdoors.

Being flexible is essential too: we operate 24/7 so there will be early starts weekend working and an out-of-hours call-out rota.

This is a full time position with overtime potential; regular training (including our own City & Guilds qualifications)
