Job Summary
Job Title: Red Seal Commercial Electricians (Contract)
Location: Calgary
Start Date: January 12th 2026
Duration: 3.5 months (with potential for additional work in Ontario starting February)
Compensation: $35-$45 p/h

We are currently seeking 4 Red Seal Commercial Electricians for an industrial project starting January 12th 2026. Only Red Seal Commercial Electricians will be considered (residential experience alone is not sufficient).
Key Details
Work Schedule:
- Local hires: Standard 40-hour week
- Fly-in/Fly-out: 3 weeks on / 1 week off (client preference is for local candidates)
Position Length: 3.5 months (Potential for Extension: Additional projects beginning in Ontario in February strong performance may lead to extended work)
General Duties
- Perform commercial electrical work safely and efficiently on an industrial site
- Read and interpret electrical drawings plans and technical documents
- Install troubleshoot and repair electrical systems and related components
- Work collaboratively with site supervisors and other trades
- Participate in toolbox talks adhere to all site safety protocols and maintain a clean and safe work area
Requirements
Mandatory Certification/Safety Tickets (all required):
- Red Seal Electrician (commercial experience required)
- CSTS 2020
- Fall Protection / Working at Heights
- Scissor Lift / Aerial Work Platform
- Lock Out / Tag Out
Additional Requirements:
- Must complete site orientation and online training prior to start
- Must be able to provide all certifications before end of December
- Must be legally authorized to work in Canada
- Previous industrial or commercial construction experience preferred
- Strong understanding of electrical safety and site protocols
