Job Summary

The HR Generalist will be the main point of contact in UKG HR system. This position will be responsible for analyzing HRIS performance employee contract management and administration of benefits (mandatory and company-initiated) and will provide support on employee relations and engagement programs.

Key responsibilities:

  • Assist in Assist in new hire data entry (as needed)
  • Serve as HR POC for staff queries
  • Send the new hire satisfaction surveys and analyze raw data for balanced score card metrics
  • Assist in HRIS customization onboarding record-keeping document routing performance management leave management etc. and related app integrations (time/expense tracking system payroll etc.)
  • Be updated on US and international labor laws and regulations and apply to existing policies and documents as needed
  • Assist in providing guidance to line/project managers and employees on various employee relations and conflict resolution matters
  • Assist in employment verifications employee insurance claims and other HR processes involving labor law and compliance
  • Co-manage the US HR shared mailbox and act as the General HR Services POC in the companys ticketing system
  • If needed will help create and release communications/materials in coordination with internal corporate communication teams for any organization with wide employee related communication.
  • Assist in facilitating the enrollment of employees in health insurance life/STD/AD&D insurance 401(k) retirement plan HSAs COBRA etc.
  • Help in managing the vendors portal to ensure timely enrollment or deactivation of account.
  • Coordinate with benefit providers and cross-check the benefit providers monthly invoices sent to the company to ensure accuracy. Coordinate with Finance to process payments.
  • Handle requests for salary adjustment rewards and recognition nomination promotion etc. via the HRIS
  • Compile and send compensation changes to the payroll team at every end of the cutoff period to capture each update to employees compensation-related info every payout
  • Assist in the preparation and execution of benefits satisfaction surveys
  • Initiate offboarding via the HRIS and monitor offboarding compliance across offboarding POCs
  • Send close-out emails and exit interview questionnaire
  • Help in analyzing exit interview data
  • Assist in the HR-related reporting for internal balanced score card metrics government compliance reports such as EEO-1 AAP Form 5500 RxDC 401(k) Compliance Testing and etc.
  • Assist in drafting and revising policies process flows and other HR-related documentation

Qualifications to be successful in the role:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Human Resources or relevant field
  • With minimum of 5 years experience in similar role
  • Good understanding of HR processes
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
  • With UKG experience
