What Youll Need

Minimum 2 years experience as a Healthcare Assistant.
Level 2 Health & Social Care (or above).
Strong communication skills and a genuinely person-centred approach.

Experience supporting older adults or those with higher care needs.

What Youll Do

Deliver warm person-centred care to older adults supporting their daily needs and wellbeing.
Build trusting relationships with residents and their families through excellent communication.
Support residents with personal care mobility meals and meaningful activities.
Work alongside nurses and senior carers to maintain high care standards.
Help create a safe comfortable and homely environment for everyone.
