Job Description:
Lead the architectural scaling of a cutting-edge AI platform transforming it into a high-reliability operational system for complex financial workflows. This Staff role involves defining strategic technical direction for core orchestration evaluation and data governance layers acting as a technical force multiplier to build the gold standard for AI trust and reliability in a regulated environment.

What you will do:

Define and scale the core AI platform architecture to support complex agentic workflows.
Drive organizational quality and trust standards by owning evaluation frameworks and data governance.
Provide technical leadership unblock ambiguous problems and mentor other engineers.

The ideal candidate:

8 years in ML/software engineering with 3 years architecting and operating production AI/ML systems.
Proven track record in B2B SaaS backend architecture especially multi-user workflow orchestration.
Deep expertise in distributed systems high-volume Python backends and designing for auditability in regulated environments.
