About the Role

At SharkNinja we create innovative products that delight consumers and define categories. As we continue our rapid growth across Europe we are seeking a strategic commercially minded and data-driven VP Integrated Business Planning EMEA to elevate our regional planning capability and bring sharper clarity to how we plan forecast and execute across markets.

Reporting into the Global VP this role is the EMEA owner of forecast orchestrationresponsible for ensuring we deliver a consistent insight-led and action-ready commercial forecast across the UK France Germany and Emerging EMEA. You will sit at the intersection of Sales Finance SS&A and Operations leading the rhythm of the business and driving alignment between global expectations and regional realities.

WHAT YOULL DO

Own the EMEA planning rhythm

  • Lead the full planning cycle for the region (PT Consensus forecast reviews) ensuring quality consistency and clarity in every submission.

  • Align country teams to global frameworksembedding standards expectations calendars and deliverables.

Champion forecast quality and insight

  • Drive accuracy and accountability across commercial forecasts; coach markets on building reasoned insight-backed assumptions.

  • Pressure-test submissions stress-check scenarios and create forward-looking hypotheses that shape decision-making.

Create cross-functional alignment that sticks

  • Ensure Sales Finance SS&A and Operations speak a common planning language.

  • Facilitate conversations that turn ambiguity into clarity and conflicting priorities into unified action.

Lift regional planning maturity

  • Build and lead a high-performing team of orchestration leads and analysts.

  • Introduce new behaviours processes and tools that strengthen ownership precision and agility across all markets.

Act as the EMEA voice in global planning

  • Represent regional insight risks and opportunities at global forums.

  • Translate global expectations into action and clarity for markets across Europe.

WHAT YOULL BRING

  • 15 years experience in commercial planning IBP/S&OP forecasting or operations within CPG consumer durables or retail/e-commerce.

  • Proven success leading multi-country planning processes across EMEA.

  • Experience aligning regional planning to global frameworks and driving accountability across diverse teams.

  • Strong commercial acumen and comfort shaping narratives that influence leaders and drive decisions.

  • Systems and data fluency (Anaplan SAP IBP Power BI or similar).

  • Thrives in fast-paced high-growth environments with evolving portfolios and planning cycles.

  • Exceptional communicator who brings structure and calm to complexity.

  • Bachelors degree required; MBA preferred.

  • Fluency in English; additional European languages a plus.
