We are currently seekingDemiChef - Pasta Chef with a focus on continuously reaching greater levels of guest experiences in a quality driven kitchen with strong technical skills and understanding of Italian food.
For ourDemi Chef roles we are seeking professionalsdisplaying the following skills and attributes:
- Able to work calmly and accurately under pressure
- To cover dinner service period
- Be interested and skilled in food provenance quality produce and seasonality
- Work cleanly and safely to health and safety standards
- Have a keen eye for detail
- Able to work within a team
- Able to execute dishes of extremely high quality
