Job Summary
Flexible Hours - Up to 40 Hours per Week
Are you pursuing a career in IT and looking for hands-on experience in a dynamic technical environment Serigraph is seeking an IT Helpdesk Intern to join our Information Systems this role youll support our internal users with technical issues assist with hardware setups and help maintain our secure IT environment all while learning from experienced professionals.
This position offers flexible hours to fit your school schedule and the opportunity to contribute meaningfully to real-world IT operations.
IT Helpdesk Intern Responsibilities -
- Provide end-user support and ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
- Level one support escalates issues when needed
- Assist with troubleshooting hardware software network printers and phone problems.
- Assist with installing configuring and securing Microsoft Windows systems.
- Support deployment of new computers peripherals printers and equipment.
- Set up and maintain hardware including traveling to operational areas on the floor.
- Ensure all environmental practices policies and requirements are followed.
- Handle and dispose of materials according to appropriate procedures.
- Ensure environmental practices and materials are managed and disposed of followingappropriate procedures.
- Support Serigraphs current quality business system and utilize SPECS the Serigraph quality manual.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
What we are looking for in an IT Helpdesk Intern -
- Foundational IT support knowledge including hardware/software troubleshooting and basic networking.
- Currently enrolled in an IT or related degree program (associate or higher) or completing equivalent helpdesk training.
