How will you value-add
Opens and routes incoming mail; distributes correspondence and other material to related department staff/faculty.
Performs a variety of routine assignments as appropriate to the position; may operate a computer to draft basic correspondence enter data and maintain workflow.
Oversee day-to-day operation and set-up of office training/meeting venues.
Establishes maintains processes and/or updates files records and/or other documents.
May schedule or assist in scheduling appointments meetings and/or conferences as appropriate to the position.
Assists travelers with the entire workflow regarding online travel applications and forms.
Coordinates and partners with other internal support divisions and stakeholders including Compliance Finance and the Controller regarding questions about compliance and regulations
Assists with regular review and updating of all travel forms including process maps work instructions and templates
Escalates time-sensitive problems for travelers to the Manager and contributes to travel emergency responses.
Coordinates all logistics for group travel requests.
Assists Manager with reviews and updates of travel policy and practices which includes drafting language and communicating changes.
Drafts internal communications including Travel notices and Travel-impacting news.
Maintains and updates information for online web pages.
