Were looking for a Administration Executive for our office in Singapore. The role will be focusing on daily administrative duties senior executives calendar management and reception desk management.

What youll do:

  • Manage MDs calendar schedule meetings and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Manage claims process for MD.
  • Organise and manage logistics of the Leadership Team meetings trainings and similar activities.
  • Organize company events staff activities and office parties.
  • Draft organizational announcements.
  • Manage MDs calendar schedule meetings and coordinate travel arrangements.

Youll have the following skills and experience:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
  • 5-7 years of experience in administrative or office management roles.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint Outlook).
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
