• Accounts Payable & Vendor Management entering bills scheduling payments and maintaining accurate vendor records.
  
  
• CFO-Level Duties forecasting budgeting cash-flow management financial strategy and executive reporting.
  
  
• Bank & Account Reconciliations timely and accurate reconciliation across all accounts each month.
  
  
• QuickBooks Online Administration full command of QBO including reporting custom rules classes and job-costing.
  
  
• Financial Policy & Internal Controls creating and maintaining processes that ensure accuracy compliance and transparency.
  
  
• Oversight of accounts receivable personnel
  
  

• Extremely trustworthy discreet and dependable
  
  
• Fluent in accounting best practices (GAAP preferred)
  
  
• Expert-level in QuickBooks Online
  
  
• Highly analytical organized and process-driven
  
  
• Comfortable producing CFO-level insights while also handling day-to-day accounting tasks
  
  
• A proactive communicator who thrives in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment
  
  

• 5 years of experience in accounting finance or similar roles
  
  
• Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online
  
  
• Strong background in AP AR reconciliations and financial reporting
  
  
• Ability to work in the office MondayFriday
  
  
• Credit check required
  
  
• Three strong professional references required
  
  
• Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field (CPA preferred but not required)
