Position Overview

As a Tower Shipping Lead youll become a part of this mission by helping to verify & keep records of outgoing shipments. Youll make a difference by utilizing your strong attention to detail and accurate record-keeping skills to get the job done.

Earn $26 per hour
FT Dayshift
Wednesday Thursday Friday & Saturday 6am start
Overtime as needed
4875 N Susquehanna Trail York PA 17406
You will contribute by:
Preparing documents such as work orders bills of lading and shipping orders to route products
Recording shipping data such as weight charges space availability and damages and discrepancies for reporting accounting and record keeping purposes
Conferring and corresponding with establishment representatives to rectify problems such as damage and non-conformance to specifications
Occasional safe lifting of varying case weight shape and height levels
Assist Supervisor with varied office and dock responsibilities including filing

Grocery (dry goods) about 50- 90
Were searching for candidates with:
At least six months of warehouse experience
At least a year of leadership experience is preferred
Electric Pallet Jack experience preferred
Strong planning and execution skills
Ability to work with and through others to achieve desired results
Strong team orientation and collaboration to work effectively in a team environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with people at all levels in the organization
Ability and willingness to follow all safety policies and procedures
