Principal Product Designer at Josys
Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Principal Product Designer to join this role you will lead the design of impactful user-centered solutions for our digital products. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams you will help shape the future of IT management through thoughtful and innovative design.

Responsibilities:
Lead the design process delivering storyboards wireframes user flows interactive prototypes and detailed visual specifications.
Collaborate with product managers engineers and stakeholders to translate requirements into effective design solutions.
Develop and maintain a design system that ensures consistency and scalability across products.
Advocate for user experience improvements by integrating feedback and aligning with business goals.
Drive cross-functional initiatives fostering a culture of design excellence within the organization.
Preferred Qualifications:
A degree in Design Human-Computer Interaction or a related field or equivalent professional experience.
7 years of experience in product or service design with a strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in visual and interaction design.
Proven ability to influence product strategy and execute complex design projects from concept to completion.
Strong knowledge of user-centered design principles including accessibility and inclusive design.
Proficiency with design tools such as Figma and familiarity with technical constraints across platforms.
Our Hiring Process:
Introductory and portfolio presentation with our head of design.
Short design task and/or live design session.
Final interview with our Senior Leadership.
