Job Summary
- Create detailed 2D and 3D drawings using AutoCAD for retail and related infrastructure projects.
- Design and develop HVAC system layouts ensuring compliance with technical and project standards.
- Collaborate with project managers site engineers and execution teams to review and revise drawings as needed.
- Prepare accurate Bill of Quantities (BOQs) based on finalized drawings and project scope.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date documentation of all drawings revisions and project milestones.
- Ensure all deliverables meet project requirements industry standards and client specifications.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of experience in CAD drafting with a preference for HVAC system design.
- Proven proficiency in AutoCAD and familiarity with drafting standards and best practices.
- Strong understanding of technical drawings construction documentation and site execution needs.
- Ability to interpret project briefs and translate them into accurate actionable designs.
- Candidates from interior design backgrounds are encouraged to apply provided they demonstrate relevant drafting skills.
