Job Description:
Own the full lifecycle of a cross-platform digital health app built with Flutter for iOS and Android. This mid-senior role leads the end-to-end mobile app experience designing building and evolving a robust user-friendly application while shaping mobile architecture and standards in a fast-paced early-stage environment.

What you will do:

• Design build and evolve a robust user-friendly cross-platform mobile application using Flutter for iOS and Android.

• Lead the full lifecycle of the mobile app ensuring high performance scalability and an exceptional user experience.

• Define and implement mobile architecture development standards and best practices within a dynamic startup environment.

The ideal candidate:

• Proven experience as a mid-senior Mobile Software Engineer with strong expertise in Flutter development.

• Demonstrated ability to own the full lifecycle of cross-platform mobile applications for both iOS and Android.

• Experience working in fast-paced early-stage environments contributing to architectural decisions and setting technical standards.
