Lead and manage all dealership sales operations including new used internet and BDC departments.
Coach motivate and hold management teams accountable to performance standards and process excellence.
Aggressively TO (turn over) customers and assist in closing deals Drive volume gross and finance performance across all departments while maintaining a customer-first focus.
Foster a fast-moving professional and high-energy sales culture that builds loyalty and keeps the team winning.
Oversee and integrate sales and BDC operations across multiple rooftops.
Manage all digital leads inbound/outbound communications and appointment-setting processes.
Partner with Dealer Synergy and other top-tier consultants to enhance training accountability and phone process performance.
Coordinate with desking managers to ensure smooth handoffs consistent deal structures and strong lead-to-sale conversions.
Track analyze and report key performance metrics including response times contact rates appointment show ratios and close percentages.
Oversee CRM performance (VinSolutions) to ensure accurate lead tracking follow-up compliance and accountability.
Collaborate with marketing teams to align digital and traditional campaigns with aggressive sales targets.
Establish and enforce clear performance benchmarks for BDC Internet and sales managers.
Conduct regular meetings coaching sessions and performance reviews to keep teams aligned and driven.
Proven success as a General Sales Manager or General Manager in a high-volume dealership.
A history of leading developing and inspiring top-performing sales teams.
Deep understanding of CRM systems digital marketing internet sales and BDC operations.
Strong leadership and communication skills with a hands-on lead by example management style.
Proficiency in Reynolds & Reynolds VinSolutions and similar platforms.
Experience with Dealer Synergy or comparable training programs is a major plus.
In-depth knowledge of Ford operations OEM programs and compliance standards.
